Where are you based?
FightStuff have offices in Thailand, UK, US, Russia, Poland, Norway, South Africa and Australia.
Do you have an offline/drop off shop I can visit?
Not at the moment. However we are planning on opening shops in the near future.

Payment FAQs
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards. We also accept PayPal and Google Checkout.
I do not have a payment method you accept. Can I still buy from you?
Yes. We can also accept wire transfers, cheques and postal orders. If you would like to pay using one of these methods please contact us first.
When will you process my order?
We will process your order upon receiving a cleared payment. Debit/Credit Cards, PayPal and Google Checkout tend to clear straight away, which means your order will go straight into processing. However PayPal Cheques, Wire Transfers, Cheques and Postal Orders tend to take a few days to clear. Once cleared we will begin to process your order.

Shipping FAQs
Where will my order ship from?
The majority of orders are shipping from our main office in Thailand. However if we have the product in stock in one of our offices and it will be quicker sending it from that location we will do that.
When will I receive my order?
Upon dispatch the postal services usually deliver within 10 - 15 working days.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office or contact us to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We are not responsible for delivery time and customs. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
Do you offer an express shipping service?
Yes. Please contact us for delivery time frames.
Do you offer shipping discounts ?

Shipping Discounts for Standard Mail
Apparel (jerseys, tshirts, shorts, etc) charged at $8.00 for the first item then $6.00 for additional items.
Equipment (boxing gloves, shin pads, head guards) charged at $16.00 for the first item then $12.50 for additional items.
Kicking Pads charged at $35.00 for the first item then $20.00 for additional items.

Can I track my order after dispatch?
Yes. Upon dispatch we will send you an email with the tracking number and the carrier who will deliver your order.

Returns FAQs
Can I return my order if it's the wrong size or defective?
Yes. Please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order with your order number, name and reason for return.
I've contacted you and I am going to return the order shortly. Is there anything I should double check before returning the order ?
Yes. Please ensure that you have contacted us first and received an authorisation number [RMA]. Also include a small note with your return with your authorisation number [RMA], name and return address.
No product returns or exchanges will be accepted without a FightStuff issued authorization number [RMA] -- shipments without an authorization number will be refused. Buyers are to ship their product via a method that provides a tracking number and a signature upon delivery. If a FightStuff representative does not sign accepting receipt of a package, FightStuff accepts no liability for a buyers package or any lost product. If a buyer sends a purchased product to FightStuff without following these guidelines, Fight Stuff retains the sole right to refuse delivery of such return or deny credit. With the exception of the defective unit exchange and unopened package [within 5 days] return policies stated above.

Cancellations / Refunds FAQs
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Providing the order has not already being dispatched. We urge customers to contact us ASAP with their order number, name and reason for cancellation.
I've cancelled my order or returned my order for a refund. When will the refund take place ?
We usually process all refunds within 24 hours. The funds can take 1 - 3 days before they are returned to you.
